Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on its way. [TODO: Nancy to confirm processing time.]
How long does delivery take?
We ship from Pleasant Grove, Utah via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives within 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery estimates come from USPS and aren't guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! U.S. orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a small flat rate shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a USPS tracking number so you can follow it all the way home. Can't find it? Email us and we'll resend it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.
My game arrived damaged — now what?
We'll make it right, no shipping back required. Email us at hello@sugarpinegamescompany.com within 30 days with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll send a free replacement. [TODO: confirm support email.]
