Every Sugar Pine Games order is packed by our family in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates

• FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
• Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $[X.XX], calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after your order ships. That means most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and aren't guaranteed; rural areas and holiday seasons can add a day or two.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your games to your door. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out — we're happy to look into it.

Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet — but we hope to someday!

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or something just isn't right, email us at [support email] and we'll make it right. That's a promise from our family to yours.
